Please unsubscribe before a renewal goes through.  We would be happy to refund you our part if you aren’t able to cancel in time, but Paypal will not refund their charges, Their amount may vary, but its around 3%.

It may also take 1-2 billing cycles to see the refund on your Paypal account.

If you paid by credit card, but not through PayPal, you can still cancel your account through the online platform. The software that we use is called WooCommerce and the instructions can be seen here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/customers-view/
