* To unsubscribe from a recurring subscription of our Dyslexic Advantage Premium magazine, the easiest thing to do is send an email to the team at: team “at” dyslexicadvantage.org
If you were mistakenly billed for a recurring subscription and didn’t intend to renew, just let us know and of course we will refund you. It may take 1-2 billing cycles to see the refund on your account.
Other ways to unsubscribe:
If you paid by credit card, but no through PayPal, you can still cancel your account through the online platform. The software that we use is called WooCommerce and the instructions can be seen here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/customers-view/
If this looks at all complicated, just email us and we’ll take care of it, usually within 24 hours during the week.
