Co-Founder and CEO of Dyslexic Advantage
Dr. Fernette Eide is co-author of The Dyslexic Advantage and The Mislabeled Child and is an international authority on dyslexia and learning differences.
The Eides have been consultants to the US President’s Council on Bioethics, visiting lecturers on dyslexia at Stanford’s Graduate School of Education and Hunter College, and have lectured and keynoted at many conferences and events throughout the world. Their work has been featured in The Times (of London), The Washington Post, The New York Times, Scientific American Mind, Wired, and many other publications, as well as many documentary and television appearances. They have also consulted and given presentations for corporations including Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, F5, the BBC, and GCHQ on topics including the cognitive benefits of dyslexia, neurodiversity in the workplace, and workplace accessibility.
Dr. Fernette Eide directs all teacher and parent training, positive dyslexia awareness, and student talent programs in addition to being editor-in-chief for the Dyslexic Advantage newsletter and Premium magazine.
