The pioneer of the psychology of mindsets is Dr Carol Dweck at Stanford Understanding the power of a positive and growth mindset can have dramatic consequences on dyslexic individuals’ approaches to challenges, setbacks, and academic efforts, especially in the K-12 years of education.
