Restore your Password

To Reset your Password, please, follow these steps:

1. Type in your username (or email address) in the field below
2. Click the RESTORE PASSWORD button
3. Follow the instructions you will see in the screen. (You will be sent an email including a link to reset your password; we suggest to also check your SPAM folder in case you did not receive the email in your INBOX)

Notes:

• The system will generate for you a new secret password to access your account. Be aware that, at this stage, you will not be able to change the newly generated password, so we suggest to write it down where you think is best – usually these passwords are difficult to remember!
